Within a heritage listed building, Hurst Constructions Queensland delivered a major refurbishment of the Bank Night Club on behalf of Sydney-based investor and operator.
As Principal Contractor we constructed a main bar, cocktail bar with balcony access and VIP areas with significant audio-visual capability and luxury fittings. Erected in the 1880s, the building presented regulatory and design challenges which we were able to respond to by collaborating with subject-matter-experts in heritage listed property.
