As Principal Contractor, we delivered a state-of-the-art health research, education and innovation precinct supporting collaboration between James Cook University and the Townsville University Hospital. The project included demolition of existing structures and construction of new roof structures, kitchen and landscaping in a live site environment, including working around exam timetables to minimise impacts on students.
