Hurst Constructions is proud to have completed the construction of Wulguru Group's stunning new headquarters. As repeat clients, Wulguru trusted us to deliver this Design and Construct project within a tight time frame, with the goal of opening before Christmas.
To meet this deadline, the construction involved a new build with an innovative approach: prefabricating wall frames and roof trusses off-site while the slab was being poured. This efficient strategy allowed us to save valuable time and deliver a sleek, modern office space designed for both functionality and comfort.
Interior highlights include polished concrete-look vinyl tiles in the entry corridor, custom glazed doors, and a spacious boardroom. The space also features a brand-new staff kitchen, bathrooms, and a layout designed to enhance efficiency. On the exterior, shading elements and a spacious car park complete the design. Hurst Constructions successfully delivered this project on schedule and within budget, creating a space that not only meets Wulguru Group’s needs but also supports their team's productivity in a beautiful and functional environment.
