​HCQ Annual Staff Day

Last Friday, our Hurst staff came together for our annual HCQ Staff Day! We kicked off the day with a round of golf at Rowes Bay Golf Club, where everyone embraced the "G" theme—complete with some playful pranks featuring exploding golf balls.

The day included a team workshop with special guest Dr Jo Lukins, a high-performance sports psychologist, who inspired us with practical strategies for growth. After the formalities, we enjoyed a long lunch and some Friday afternoon beverages at the Yacht Club.

Jarrod Hurst, Managing Director, aptly noted, “We don’t get much chance to stop during the year. It’s good to take the time to stop and have a day together outside of work—to have a bit of fun and talk about what matters.” It was a wonderful opportunity for connection and reflection among our dedicated team!
