We’re proud to have delivered on our promise with the Design and Construct of Harvey Norman's major storage warehouse, expanding their capacity by 10,000m². Despite challenges like material supply shortages and unpredictable wet weather, we kept the project on track—pushing forward and overcoming obstacles to meet deadlines. This project wasn’t just about numbers—it was about confidence in our team’s ability to deliver. We maintained clear communication and a commercial approach, starting in the tender process through to completion, knowing that successful delivery goes beyond just cost—it’s about trust in the team executing the work.
One of the key milestones of this build was the use of ECOpact concrete—low-carbon concrete—making this the first major project in North Queensland to incorporate this sustainable material. We were committed to the environment, even if it meant paying a premium for it out of our own pockets. The result? A faster, energy-efficient warehouse built with sustainable, cost-efficient tilt panel construction, perfectly aligned with Harvey Norman’s growing demand. With this build, we fulfilled our commitment and earned a personal call of recognition from Gerry Harvey himself. It’s always a pleasure working with someone who is both direct and knowledgeable in construction. Comments are closed.
