Construction Manager

Lucas is responsible for the day-to-day delivery of Hurst projects, overseeing site teams, programme, subcontractor coordination and overall construction performance.

He plays a key role in ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and to the required standard, maintaining strong control across all stages of construction.

Lucas works closely with clients, consultants and subcontractors to resolve challenges as they arise, keeping projects moving and maintaining alignment between programme, cost and quality.

With extensive experience across commercial and industrial construction, he brings a practical, solutions-focused approach to site delivery and team leadership.
